Dr. Jane Wright Gotcher, MD

1st Appointment with Dr. Gotcher. I waited 6 months as with the times calendars were booked. Completely understand. Finally day of the appointment- I take off work for the morning, drive 40 minutes one way, and arrive 15 minutes early to my 8:30am appointment to ensure if there is any paperwork etc. that I allow time and that I am respectful of the doctors time. I sat in the lobby for an hour even after inquiring on status at the 30 minute and 45 minute mark. I explained everything to the Office Manager whom informed me that Dr. Gotcher typically runs late. I work fortunately and after an hour with still not even being called back had to get in my car and drive another 40 minutes home. Very disappointing and to me they didn't seem to care. I was respectful of their time, but they were not respectful of mine. I will not be returning.

She is a great physician she cares and spends the right amount of time with you.I have gone to her for almost 13 years.

I have seen Dr. Gotcher for over ten years. I truly think she cares about her patients and their well being. Sadly, her office staff does not posses the same qualities. This is a big negative for me. I have seen the office manager be beyond rude to patients. I have never been greeted nicely when I come in. But Dr. Gotcher is always nice.

Dr. Gotcher is very concerned about her patients. She is kind, very knowledgeable helps you get done what needs to be.

Dr. Gotcher is always caring and listens to everything i say. She makes sure i understand fully what is going on with me. I have been her patient for 15 yrs and so has my mother and father and grand parents. U couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Dr Gotcher is caring, concerned, and full of compassion. She is well educated and is willing to learn more since I have a rare disease. She has been on the ball all the time and I appreciate all she has done for me
