She is so friendly and personable, in her quiet, sweet way. She listens to everything I tell her...and focuses on what the actual issue is...very attentive and thorough.

The doctor is wonderful she’s been my doctor since I was small. But the office needs to do a better job. Front desk assistant barely picks up phone calls and never calls back. It gets irritating.

I really like the staff and usually am happy with my appointments, however, i am not happy with the time lapse between getting a X-ray etc. and getting a call from the doctor or nurse. I had my X-ray on Monday and had not heard anything by Thursday night. That's not acceptable.

I highly recommend Dr. Houtz if you are looking for a regular Doctor. She is extremely professional and also very personable. Very easy to communicate with. She also happens to be a very good Doctor!

Dr. Houtz spends about 30 to 45 minutes with you for a regular appointment, she listens, is thoughtful, compassionate and her staff check back to see how things are. Her office is small and personable and very efficient. It has the feel of modern medicine with great old timey values. I totally recommend her!

I would recommend dr Houtz to anyone! Very caring and tries to get to the problem no matter what it takes. She listens and tries to get to the root of the problem, not just shirk you off.

Dr. Houtz and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional.Everyone in this office is very caring and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Houtz to anyone looking for an internist. She gives a level of care not often seen in medicine today.
