Dr. Jane Macguffie Hudson, MD

Can be decent but never professional. She forgets what she's doing, forgets to send in scripts, talks about testing but doesn't always order it without a reminder. Doesn't agree with past doctors who were professional at Lourdes so changes things to her way that isn't working. Can be rude and sometimes acts so stressed that I feel like I need to help her! Ridiculous! Lourdes Tower has gone downhill since their long time doctors left.

Scatter brained. Wait time is way too long. She can't remember to send in scripts. She changes doses that have been put in place for years. She took over for other doctors who retired. She acts like she knows more and the past doctor was incompetent. Lourdes Tower had some top doctors prior to the change. I believe the change is a failure.

Always thorough, friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Dr. Hudson is great physician but more than once she has forgotten to send in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Suggest you check with your pharmacy to see if they received it or get your prescription in writing. The office was notified 5 hrs ago by the pharmacy that the prescription was not here. I called the office 3.5 hrs ago and here I am once again the pharmacy parking lot waiting for a prescription to be called in. The pharmacy close in 1.5 hours and due to mobility issues I'll wait for the drive-in until then. I'm not switching doctors because otherwise she's great, just save yourself some aggravation and follow-up on the status of your prescriptions promptly.

Dr Hudson is in my opinion an A++++ doctor. She has an excellent bedside manor, fantastic personality, very knowledgeable, has a holistic approach to care and explains everything so you understand. I recommend her to anyone wanting only the best care! Doctors like her are rare and hard to find!

Dr. Hudson, prior to seeing me for the first time, obviously took the time to read a complicated medical and personal history. Took lots of time with me. I was told, prior to first appt. that I might have to wait because she takes time with patients, and extra time if they need it. Physicians like Jane Hudson don't grow on trees. Dr. Hudson even calls you at home, after hours, if it's something important. WOW!

Jane was my Doc at the Manlius office . I went to make an appointment with her and they said she no longer works there. I would love to find her, I'm feeling uneasy going to anyone else. Please if anyone know where she is can they leave a message here.

Caring, spends time with you, follows up, funny, seems honest and sincere.

Well worth waiting for. Knowledgeable, empathic, interested, good listener, thorough, good follow-up.
