Dr. Jesse recently stopped accepting any insurance, which caused my medication refills to be denied after my pharmacy faxed her for a refill. Mind you, the psych medications I am currently on are not to be stopped suddenly, and I am afraid I will experience withdrawal, even seizures. I left the office a message with no response. I believe the agency has simply become careless. Sad, and I'm concerned for my health now. Shame on the doctor.

Dr. Jesse is a very nice doctor. However, it is hard to get ahold of anyone and you rarely receive a call back when most needed or at all for that matter!

The doctor is very nice but the receptionist is rude. It is very difficult to schedule appointments and to get medications refilled. Not recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jesse. She is the first doctor to take real time to get too know my daughter. I cannot say enough good things about her.

I think Dr. Jesse is such a wonderful psychiatrist. Not once did she try to push medications on me. She spent 95% of the session talking to me about my anxiety, and after all my years of hurting due to my anxiety, she was able to pin point that I have OCD traits. She is VERY intelligent, very knowledgeable, and she treated me with both kindness and ease. Also, she explained everything to me very well, and it was almost as if she knew me based on what I was telling her about my anxiety. During the last 5 minutes of the session, then, and only then did she make a couple medication recommendations. She didn't force them on me, but merely talked about them. She even admitted right out that she is not the type who believes in forcing meds on patients. She gave me 3 choices, and rather than prescribing them to me, she gave me 2 weeks to research them and to think about them (the meds). When I had my 2nd apt. w/ her I did decline the meds, and she wasn't angry at all. She was fine with it. I… highly HIGHLY recommend this doctor! 4 stars all the way! :)
