Dr. Kakkis and the team at Orange Coast Memorial are spectacular from start to finish. She is professional, patient and highly knowledgable. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The team gave very clear instructions ahead of surgery as well as post surgery. Could not be more pleased.

Dr. Kakkais is very cold and unprofessional. She does not care about her patients. She is greedy. Her team are very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Don't go to them. You will be more stress. Dealing with cancer is already a stressfull situation. She and her team make it worse

Dr Kakkis is very rude, I am surprised with this behavior from a doctor.

I went in for my check up to make sure my breast cancer had not returned and Dr. Kakkis our right told me without me receiving any testing what so ever that she thought I had cancer in my lymph nodes. I was shocked and absolutely terrified. I was already nervous to get checked and I will never understand why Dr. Kakkis stated that I had cancer in my lymph nodes. Very unprofessional and it literally caused me much stress and anxiety. I found out I did not have any cancer in my breast or lymph nodes. I would not recommend her and obviously would never go back to her.

With my lumpectomy and my annual check-ups, Dr. Kakkis has always been a consummate physician and a caring doctor. Her staff has been professional and efficient.

Dr. Kakkis is very cold and does not show empathy when treating patients. Her office staff is really disorganized and does not return calls when people are stressed and diagnosed with malignant tumors. Dr. Kakkis really needs to improve her overall office staffing and treatment of patients. Would never go back to her and would not recommend her. Breast cancer requires a great team of doctors that give high quality care and treat you as a person, not just a number. Dr. Kakkis is not that person.

This is a talented surgeon for breast cancer patients, and a very caring and grounded doctor.

When I found my breast cancer had returned, I opted for a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction using my own tummy tissue. I was referred to an excellent plastic surgeon for the reconstruction by my oncology surgeon, but she was unable to continue as my doctor if I chose him. I was very reluctant to switch doctors after a five year relationship but met Dr Kakkas anyway. I was impressed. This young surgeon knows her field and is very compassionate and skilled. I changed doctors, had my surgery and am so blessed to be recovered and restored! I would highly recommend Dr. Kakkas!
