Dr. Jane Alice Kelley, DO

I was quite sick and was fed up with another Doctor in town that was giving me med after med with no results. I heard that Dr. Kelley listened to her patients and helped them so I switched to her and got right in. I am so glad I did , as she solved my problems. I am so satisfied with the service that my wife and daughter also switched to Dr. Kelley!!! This Doctor cares about her patients!

I've never had a problem with Dr. Kelley. I certainly don't think she is a pill pusher-she is very careful and appropriate when prescribing meds. She spends quality time with me and encourages health care interventions appropriately. If anything, I would rate myself not too satisfactory of a patient since I am somewhat lax on follow-through.

Steer clear! I have given this doctor chance after chance to redeem herself, but none-the-less, she is terrible time after time. First of all this lady is a pill pusher. She said I had allergies, and instead of referring me to a specialist, she wrote me a script for medication that cost $100 a month out of pocket. I had to "refer" myself to an allergy specialist and have had numerous allergy shots and even sinus surgery, all things she apparently thought $1200 a year medication would suppress. They do not remind you of your appointments, even if they are a year in advance, and when you miss an appointment, the doctor herself will belittle you and make you "understand" why that it is unacceptable and argue with you that you should keep the little card they give you for a year and never forget your appointment. This woman is absurd, rude, and not someone I want taking care of my well being because she is obviously selfish and in it for the money.

Dr. Jane Kelley is by far one of the best primary care physicians in the New Castle area. She is proactive and takes more than the "required" interest in her patients. A family member went to her after recieving life changing news over the phone by a previous doctor. Once Dr. Kelley took over, she worked overtime to make the situation better and to get my family member into good hands. She is incredibly professional and skilled in her field.
