Dr. Jane Diane Kraft, MD

I've been a patient for over 20 years and feel that I have had the best care. She worked with me through a difficult menopause helping to make that whole time less emotionally upsetting.

My insurance was billed incorrectly so I got a bill for $790 for my annual so I had to call the office and have them re-submit it with different codes and was told that I should have known what my unsurance would/wouldn't cover. I provided my new medical card at the time of my appointment and knew I shouldn't be charged for my annual. The office only accepts cash or check......

Let me tell you my experience from beginning to end. My appointment was at 11:30. I dint get called in until almost 12:30. There were only 2 ladies ahead of me. When I did finally get called they called me the wrong name! In the room started to fill out paperwork after 15 min it was the wrong papers. Dr kraft comes in 10 min later and throws the heart rate monitor on the counter, slams the door. I'm 11 weeks pregnant with twins. She didn't tell me what she was doing during my pevlic exam. She never put gloves on . She was so rough I came home thing I was going to lose my babies. The heartrate monitor was so crapy I couldn't hear anything. She kept it on for 5 sec and that was it. Didn't even try to hear the 2nd baby. Oh yeah took my sheet off and made me lay half naked . So embarrassing. When she was done she told me to get dressed and leave. No congratulations , no compassion. I feel violated. I'm changing obgyn . I will NEVER go back. Please don't waste your time. I… donâ??t want amyone to feel how I do.

I have lived in quite a few places and seen quite a few gynos, but never one even close to how bad Dr Kraft was. She was so rough with my pap that I was bleeding after. She was very short with me, no compassion, even when she hurt me. I have a medical condition that makes pregnancy very high risk, and my specialist told me I couldnt carry a baby full term. Dr. Kraft said "you can try to carry the baby full term" I said "but Dr. ----- said my uterus could tear and I could hemmorage" she replied "it's a possibility". why didnt she mention that to me if she knew that , instead of just saying i could "try" and then confirming my other doctor's concerns (only after I brought them up) . she was just very cold and very snippy and rough. Id never go back.

Dr. Kraft is a very straight forward doctor. If you are looking for a cuddly comforting doctor she is not the one for you. But if you are looking for a serious doctor who will get down to business (which is what I wanted) then choose her. I only gave her 2 stars for the follow up visit because she told me I should have a follow up visit but never tried to schedule one. That being said I didn't schedule one either. The only complaint that I have is we never really talked about an episiotomy and when I was in labor she gave me one without informing me of what she was doing or asking. But she handled all my other complications quickly and professionally and I would go to her again.

You could not pay me enough to step foot back into this clinic. Being my first pelvic exam and her KNOWING it was my first pelvic exam she told me nothing that was going on except to take my pants off and lie down. She did not tell me she had taken a culture sample until I saw the tube and when I asked her what was wrong with me and what was going on she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know." No empathy or caring at all, she was very uninformative and when she did give me information after me asking many very specific questions she used medical terminology in which I cannot comprehend as a high school-er. She made no follow-up appointments to have my problem fixed and to see what the cause was just told me to get dressed and left. I was so upset that after leaving the office I cried for an hour afterwards. When someone has a problem and needs a solution a doctor is supposed to be there for you, diagnose your problem,give you understandable knowledge, and find the best… treatment plan for the patient, none of which was done for me! If you are reading this DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. I am currently in the process of finding another and BETTER Gynecologist so I can get my problem taken care of.

She was my emergency surgeon and she was horrible. Didny know I was having surgery until I heard her tell the person she was on the phone with. Are u kidding me. She basically gave me a time limit. Meaning if it wasn't done by a certain time I would have a different doctor. Web asked her questions that anyone would ask such as her success rate. What is the likeliness of such and such happening sect. Nd she said we were attacking her. For the exam she didn't let me know what she was about to do just went up my shirt and had me take my pants off. She put on gloves and put her hand under water with no lubrication she stuck her hand in my vagina. I was very shocked and she didn't seem to care about what would happen. There is more but in the nut shell I will never reccomend her because of her lack of care and professionalism.

Felt like I was more of a bother and inconvenience of her time. Did not explain things in a manner that was understandable too me and I had to keep asking questions over and over again to get a recongizable answer. After all I did not go to medical school and I rely on my doctors to be able to communicate and share information with me and with each other. A huge dissappointment in her and her office staff.

Dr Kraft is both highly knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing her as my OBGYN since 2002. She has delivered my 2 boys and she will be delivering my 3rd baby in June. Everyone of my prenatal visits have been fast, easy, and effective as possiable. She listens to your concerns and provides excellant feedback and followup. Anyone who has anything negative to say about her are the kind of patients that are high maintence and RUDE. She is the best at what she does and has the documents to prove it. The staff is amazing and work with you to find appts that fit your schedule. I couldn't be happier with everything she has done and continues to do.
