Dr. Jane F Martone

This place starts billing you as soon as you open their doors. Pre-treatment estimates mean nothing, since the bills will just keep coming. Claims are often submitted in a way that insurance companies refuse to cover any services. Dr. Martone herself might be OK as a doctor, but her bedside manner is awful. She has zero compassion and gets very impatient when you start asking questions. Some of the ladies working there are friendly enough, but not enough for me to ever want to go there again!

Dr Martone is fantastic. She explains your treatment plan up front and how long the steps will take toward your goal of a great smile. All of her staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease. Dr Martones knowledge & expertise will result in giving you your self confidence back. I highly recommend Dr Martone & her wonderful staff

I am dentist phobic, but have always found the care I receive at Dr. Martone's top notch. Not only are they thorough, but considerate. Making sure you are comfortable, as well as making sure you understand what is being done and why it is being done. I read another review who gave them a one star rating, but it read like a five star rating. Maybe the person mixed up the rating scale?

Had an Appt for a cleaning. On arrival I noticed the smell of urine in the waiting area. The staff was fairly friendly, and the office appeared to be clean, but that smell was overwhelming and other than the front staff I didn't find the hygienist to be the friendliest person. Teeth got cleaned but I left with a feeling of.....meh

I am a person that hates dentists with a passion. I have been terrified my whole life. So after years of not caring for my teeth..I HAD to get work done. It took me a while to so research and finally I was referred to this office and I have nothing negative to say. The first thing I told Dr. Martone is I don't want to see anything and I don't want to hear anything. Her answer: "Fine!". I didn't have one ounce of pain during any visit and she did fabulous work on a chipped front tooth! If I ever need anything else done she is the one I am going to call.
