Dr. Jane Dasey Mcnally, DO

She used to be an excellent doctor. She got ill and I think was handling too much by working at the same time. She became hard to talk to, quick to make judgments and stopped listening as well as she used to.

She is by far the BEST doctor I have ever seen! Very knowledgable and listens to her patients! My favorite doctor!

I have been going to this office for 7 years. I love both Dr. McNally and her nurse Laurie.

I find Dr. McNally and her staff to be attentive, caring and very competent. I have been a patient for 2 1/2 years and I would recommend her to anyone.

After being a patient for almost 10 years I've had enough. She always had problems with staff but the person she has in charge now is unbeleivable. I've had it. I'm going to another doctor. I was on the phone with her 'office manager' trying to get test results from a cardio angiogram; I was cursed out by this person because I had the gaul to ask for my results. I was told to call the hospitial. The hospitial will only give the results to the primary care physician. I ended up getting his assistant, a young girl, this must of been her first job, she took the fax as the hospitial sent it. I never did have the doctor talk with me about the results. I was just told by the girl that I was OK. That's not too comforting when you've spent two days in the hospitial thinking you had a possible heart attack. I was also trying to find out why he didn't give the people that do her blood work, she does her own, my insurance information. He said that was not his job; that I should take… care of my medical needs myself and he was not there to hold my hand. I do not agree but if that's the case at least let me know that you're not giving them my information. I found out when the lab threatened to send my bill to a collection agency. Bear in mind, this was something I had no idea about. Dr. McNally is a good doctor but it's just not worth it. The thing is, she can't afford to pay the money for decent help so she stays with this idiot. The saddest thing of all is she knows what kind of person he is. She's joked to me about him being a total an idiot. Trust me, save yourself a lot a grief, find another doctor!

One person in general, not professional at all. He made a comment to a patient about his condition and the patient was clearly embarrassed as we all heard it. Same person has never faxed over info to my insurance for a surgery delaying it 6 months. Never returns call and has made an appointment for me a week late to another doctor not knowing the address, number or the name of the place. Just the name of the doctor and told me to google for more info. He was fired last year from various complaints and I went back recently for an appointment and he was rehired. I am changing doctors because of this. Doc is great, but I don't think she really has a clue.
