I consulted with 2 very highly rated (in Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine) plastic surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Nemecek and was told that in order to get a good result I'd have to have a full breast lift done in addition to the augmentation. Dr. Nemecek said that the lift was likely not necessary and recommended just the augmentation with a lift being a possibility down the road. I wanted to avoid the two additional scars associated with the lift - around the nipple and vertically from the nipple to the bottom of the breast - so for this reason, and many others, I decided to go with Dr. Nemecek. It was one of the best choices I've ever made! My results are fantastic and came with significantly less scarring and pain than they would have with the other two doctors I talked to.
