Never spoke to me directly, rushed me though and outwardly annoyed to be in the room with me for the 2 seconds we were. Never addressed my concerns.

You would be better off looking in a mirror and talking to yourself. Rude, unprofessional doctor who does not talk directly to you and acts like you are wasting her time the minute she steps into the room. If you are upset enough to complain about her on other sites, you will get a fake "we sorry" offering to reach out to you but they don't. They do get happier when time to take to take your co-pay

one of the worst doctors i've ever visited. so arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. terrible, terrible, terrible bedside manners. asked her a simple question and she looked at me like i had 3 heads. total waste of my time. will never visit this doctor again.

I went to Dr. Nguyen to remove a basal cell carcinoma a few years ago. I will say that she did a good job with the procedure; my scar has healed nicely and I have had no issues since. However, Dr. Nguyen has terrible bedside manner. When she was doing the procedure she stated that next time I need to get it checked out sooner than I did. Not only is that rude toward a patient, but she clearly thought I was going to have more issues with skin cancer in the future. Completely unprofessional.

Have seen this Dr numerous times for myself . Her bedside manner is lacking, seems cold and judgmental and also is very rushed. I took my child to her as well - over a skin issue which seemed minor, but the procedure she performed made the skin issue much worse and exasperated. Have had 2 see 3 different additional doctors to address the skin issue. Would NOT recommend this practice.

I feel that stars are good and beautiful, that's not how I would rate this office and doctors. They don't deserve stars at all !!!

I had a mole on my back and went to have it examined. When Dr. Nguyen walked in, she took one look at me and told me I needed a certain amount of Botox between my eyes, and would need so on a regular basis. I was in shock. I showed her the mole, she ran and got her brother, who I believe she said was trained in anesthesia, they cut out the mole, handed me a prescription for Botox and shoved me out the door in minutes. The receptionist at the time, (this was a few years ago) started singing the virtues of the Doctor while I was paying. It was a terrible surgery and never healed correctly. I have never experienced a more scary Doctor visit in my life. She seemed to have zero interest or compassion for her clients, but bragged on and on about herself. It was a chilling experience and I would never in a million years recommend her to anyone and I do have a background in the medical field, which make it all the more surprising to see this lack of knowledge, caring, compassion and… narcissism in this practice.

The attention to detail and professionalism were excellent. Dr. Nguyen's assistant (from Johannesburg) was courteous and pleasant. They did a complete body scan and did fina an area of basal cancer that needed attention.

Dr Nguyen is a very good and caring doctor. I had a skin problem that did not go away.I have seen other dermatologist before. I got the appointment with her office within a few weeks. She did the diagnose and gave me the prescription that cleared my skin since then. The office is also very nice and the office staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend this doctor to my friends and relatives.
