Dr. Jane Jenison Olson, MD

Dr. Olson was disinterested. I felt rushed. And the fee was $250 for a consult. This consult was nothing like described on her website what so ever. I complained to the staff and they waived the consult fee rightly so. I thought perhaps I could get Botox for my 11s on my four head but the price was $575 ..that is outlandish. If you get a treatment the same day you don’t pay the consult fee supposedly ..sure sounds like it’s incorporated in the Botox injection fee. I don’t know how her work is but be prepared for a lame consult. I drove an hour and five minutes plus took some personal time for this visit from work.. I was excited to meet up with Dr. Olson that was a complete waste of my time .

My ptosis came back At my second follow up Dr Olsen said oh yes" eye is dropping " and never offered to fix it

The staff is amazing. They are honest and not trying to over sell you. Dr. Olson has an amazing artistic eye and helped make me look refreshed and youthful without looking 'done'. Just finished a series of skin care treatments with Candace and my skin looks and feels amazing. I get so many compliments. I can feel confident in my own skin again!

I had the pleasure of going to Doctor Olson for a consultation for " baggy" eyelids . The initial consultation was very thorough with both the doctor and her nurse involved. All my questions were answered. At no time did I feel rushed , and after finishing the consult, I was getting ready to leave and thought of a few more things. Dr. Olson had me come back into the consultation room, and spent another 15 minutes with me . Pamphlets and handouts were given to me along with the quote for the procedure that Dr. Olson and I had discussed . I did choose to go with Dr Olson for a number of reasons ... reputation , kindness, actual results of the procedure I had with her patients, a professional office staff, and the list goes on. I was credited the initial consultation back for my surgery too ! My baggy lids are gone, and my eyes look beautiful , all thanks to Dr Olson !

Office staff was fairly nice. Dr. Olson on the other hand gave me what felt like 5 minutes of her time for a $150 consult fee! She was totally disinterested, could not have cared less, and her information was not informative. I thought a consult meant the patient was given information about treatment options, pros and cons, and advice. I walked out of their very upset and would never go back. I think I'll call and get my money back.

Are you kidding me? These folks are amazing! I do not and cannot believe that anyone in Dr. Olson's offices are rude. This is just not true. Otherwise, why would I make and continue to make the 500 mile trip to and from the District of Columbia to Connecticut and back again every time I need treatment? I've been seeing Dr. Olson for over 5 years now, both in her Louisiana and In her Connecticut offices. Dr. Olson and her staff in both offices are incredible folks. They are professional, personable, and caring. I live in D.C. now and after trying 4 different doctors in the DC area and the New York City area (so I wouldn't have to drive so far for treatment) , now drive all the way to Connecticut every 5 months just to ensure that they remain being the folks I turn to for treatments. Dr Olson is amazing and is a true artist (the woman knows what she's doing!) and Kathy offers a keen business eye and looks out for patients -- she (and Candace in Louisiana) always have. She… ensures that I receive all mail-in rebates (without my having to ask about them); she makes sure that I get any and all special offers currently offered by Dr. Olson's office and offered by those cosmetic supply companies they do business with (Botox, etc); she ensures flexibility in the scheduling of my appointments, etc. The folks in both offices are nothing short of exceptional, polite, and caring professionals. Take it from me, you definitely need to go to the office and experience it for yourself. Dr. Olson, Kathy (in Connecticut) and Candace (in Louisiana) are all great women and best of all you'll leave after Dr. Olson has transformed your face to its best potential. You'll look amazing and it will look natural - I guarantee it! So to the "lost phone-in patient" thinking that folks are rude at Dr. Olson's office - your lost- these folks and the work of Dr. Olson are truly exceptional. I just wished I lived closer!

While I don't question surgical skills,folloup very disappointing. Because of her conservative approach, I did not feel theimprovement in my eyelid surgery was significant. I don't feel my results were up to her usual standard. I requested before & after photos. When after they did not arrive for two months,I called office, they promised they would send them but no apology for delay. another two months went by. I then sent letter to Dr.Olsen marked personal. Within a few days I received my photos with a post-it attached by staff member saying there must have been computer error. Again no apology. I feel Dr Olsen should have responed personally.
