AVOID! Saw ONCE needing doc visit for Narcolepsy Rx. My reg AMAZING NP, Suzi Rexing, was booked up (my fault). Took app w/Paino JUST TO GET RX bc she was in same office & had an app avail. Absolutely RUINED my life, all bc she didn’t know what a sleep study looked like, didn’t understand why patient seeing a cardiologist is rx’ed a stimulant (clearly doesn’t understand POTS, same Rx for narco. is common Rx for POTS), & somehow decided I was a drug addict/fraud knowing nothing about me. 1st questioned my narco. dx, claimed no sleep study done. Happened to have copies of my full file with me (finally trying to get disability, she completely ruined). When shown to her, she rudely ?ed why I had it, then insinuate it was fake (study done at clinic in same hospital network, easy to verify). STILL REFUSED to write Rx, refusing ONLY treatment for narcolepsy, then caused repeated problems for me & complained about NP Rexing causing me to lose her. WORST mistake of my life & STILL paying for it!

Dr. Paino is an amzing doctor who helped me get through a lot of medical issues. She was kind, empathtic and helpful. She listend to what I had to say and did not rush me at all. Definently would recommend her. Keep up the great work.
