She and her nurses made me feel very comfortable for my first visit. Dr. Rohrer answered any and all questions I had and was very knowledgeable.

After finding out I was pregnant, I received a call from a nurse telling me I had low progesterone and should pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. She also scheduled my first appointment for my SECOND trimester!! They never did an ultrasound to confirm that everything was ok. I called the nurse a couple weeks later to ask her why I was not receiving an ultrasound or blood work to confirm that the pills for low progesterone were working. She said that normally those things are ordered for patients and she was not sure why I did not have them scheduled. She scheduled me for an ultrasound for a week later. I found out at 11 weeks that there was no baby and the pills I had been taking had just delayed the inevitable. The first time I met Dr. Rohrer was after waiting 30 minutes in her office for her to ask me if wanted a D&C or to let things happen naturally. She said I would be receiving calls periodically to check on my status. After 3 weeks, I never received ONE phone call or any… pain medication. A week after the miscarriage, I called the nurse to see when I needed to come back in to make sure everything had cleared out of my body. She said they did not need to see me and that the body knows what it needs to do. She said to call back if I had a fever because that could indicate an infection. I have never received such poor medical care in my life. They were not honest and forthcoming about my medical care, they prescribed me things based on the outcome of others, and they did not do what they said they would do. I feel that I was not taken care of and that my miscarriage could have happened naturally a lot sooner had they done an ultrasound to begin with. I will never again trust this facility with my care or the care of any of my family members. So disappointing.
