Dr. Jane Lynn Schwabe, MD

In 1999 a horse tried very hard to kick my heart out. It did manage to tear a hole internally between two chambers of my heart. This is not the type of injury people survive, but I did. With Jane and her level of commitment coupled with her out of the box thinking I wouldn’t have for long. She did an extraordinary job with the mess she had to work with. Dr Schwabbe was my wife's heart surgeon. There were bleeding problems postoperatively. The nursing staff intimated this was common gor Dr Schwabbe. Dt Schwabbe instead of acknowledging the problem, proceeded to blame the cardiologist, the anesthesiologist, the lab and the nursing staff. Finally after a very rough 16 hours, she was taken back to surgery and the source was found.
