Dr. Jane Marrero Spies, MD

Dr Spies was my primary care doctor before she left MIMA(now Health First). She was most thorough and caring in her practice. She took as much time as needed, so sometimes you waited on your turn. I wish I could have her back. I felt safe with her and her diagnoses of my old-age problems.

It is hard to get an appointment with Dr. Spies because she has such a loyal patient base. If you have a serious problem she will squeeze you in, otherwise an appointment is weeks out. She is thorough, conservative in her approach, and has a great bedside manner. Sometimes the wait is long, however when a patient has many questions she doesn't cut them off. I trust her completely. I wish there were more physicians with her attention to details.
