Dr. Jane Sunoo, MD

Does not handle stress well, and you as the patient do not know if another circumstance that day has "turned the switch" when she comes into your exam room. She can and definitely does go from rude to abusive at times with her vulnerable patients (who wouldn't be there if not ill). Any miscommunication is always the patients' fault and that pops up more often than should. Part of this may be due to the fact the practice has become so large and like too many doctors visits, the doctor has to spend more time on the computer screen clicking billing codes than communicating with the patient which is why the patient sometimes finds and has to correct medical hx mistakes when seen printed out.

Does not handle any kind of stress well.

Dr Sunoo is one of the most patients doctors I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. She has been my mother's primary doctor for the last 15 years. Since I moved her from Connecticut to be closer to me. The care and patience and time she spends with my 92-year-old mother. Is impressive and very hard to fine. And to the comment on waiting so long for Dr. if I've been waiting in a waiting room for an hour. And I see the doctor and he or she just rushing me out then I'm upset. But when I'm in the examining room and the doctor is taking his or her time to be as thorough as possible to help with my well-being in my care. I can except the way. Bring a book or your computer.

Patient of Dr. Sunno since 2004. She is the best PCP in our community.
