Dr. Taylor is incredible, she is always so kind and explains everything thoroughly. She even makes sure to make my oldest feel included when she can.

We were concerned my son had an ear infection, told the doctor and she confirmed it. She put in the prescription for him and it was ready by the time we got to the pharmacy, which was less than 15 minute drive.

Dr. Taylor is incredible and we are so fortunate to have her in the community. I would recommend her to any new parent - my husband and I truly think of her as part of our team in raising healthy children. She listens to us and clearly just loves her patients.

Dr Jane Taylor is absolutely amazing. She is kind and really shows concern for the issues we bring to her. Both of my boys go to her and we love her very much. You are very lucky to have such an amazing Dr on your team, she is a credit to Mercy

This lady is very rude. We had her as an on call doctor because ours was on vacation. She’s on a high horse and not caring, or knowledgeable. She also doesn’t believe in any form of cough medicine despite my daughter having asthma and would take a breath and cough constantly and couldn’t get any sleep and this “doctor “ was zero help. Don’t waste your time with her.

Horrible “doctor”

When my daughter was between 1-3 months I took her in for a wellness check to Dr. Taylor(she had been her pediatrician since birth). As usual it took awhile for me to get back there to begin with but they were busy...not a big deal. I expressed(or tried to) concern over a lump that had developed above my daughters temple and while I’m explaining to Dr. Taylor that my husbands family is prone to cysts she very quickly walks over to my daughter feels the bump for 2 seconds and looks at me and says “Don’t think like that and it’s just the way her skull is formed.” And she walked out. Thank God I knew better and changed pediatricians and found someone that listened to my concerns. Today my now 13 month old daughter had surgery to remove a dermoid cyst from her temple.

If I could give 0 stars that would be most appropriate. God forbid you’re a parent who wants to make informed decisions and is a little “unconveintial” by socitey’s standards. She questions every move you make if it’s not within the norm. It’s obvious she doesn’t care to educate herself, or update herself on the most recent information out there. I’ve never left her office happy or satisfied with the care she’s given to my child, usually only frustrated with 10 more questions. If you want a doctor who undermines your gut feeling and ignores your concerns, she’s the one for you.

Dr Taylor is the nicest doctor. Very knowledgeable. She was there for my child and us when the so called specialist was not. Really excellent with follow up. Highly recommend her!
