Left us in the initial room for a little over 3 hours before coming in to see our sick 1 year old. Had us moved to another room because he was crying, and left us there another hour. Did not ever come in, we had to walk out to get their attention. Absolutely awful care

How do I give negative stars for Dr Jane Warren? I have lost several grandparents and friends, and have dealt with many physicians as such along the years.....but never have I witnessed nor heard of a dr acting in a manner like this poor excuse for not just a physician, but a human being. It began when my father rushed my mother who was in excruciating pain to CaroMont Regional Medical Center - Mount Holly on Nov 27. They were very short staffed, and my father was frightened and worried at unimaginable levels as he watched my mom suffer and cry out in agony and the medical staff not have the bandwidth to care for her and not able to control her pain. She laid there for over SIX HOURS at a pain level of 10. My father was about to just take my mother to another hospital for care, when she came busting into the room- mind you, with my mother in horrible pain and all of her family worried, scared, stressed beyond belief, upset and fretful, and proceeds to YELL AT THE TOP OF HER VOICE at my… father, berating him for "disrupting her and her staff". She yelled at him so much that I finally stepped in and told her to lower her voice and watch her tone and then she proceeded to yell at ME and when I looked at her badge to get her name, that coward and pathetic excuse for a dr called security! So she comes busting into our room yelling and causing a scene and then calls security ON US!!! Unimaginable. Could my father have tried a little more patience with a short staffed office? Probably. But he is not the one who is trained to handle situations like this. THEY ARE! She is a loose cannon, emotional, impulsive, and does not have the wherewithal and stability or compassion to be a physician. I am DISGUSTED that she is in a position to "care" for people who are hurting. Furthermore, she told my father if he takes her from her ER, the room would be taken away from my mother that we had been waiting on for hours at the hospital in Gastonia. If you care for your loved one in the slightest, do NOT allow them to see her. Moreover, security told us directly when she left the room that we would be happier because she was about to leave and another dr was about to start their new shift. So she obviously has a reputation and we clearly are not her only victims.

Seemed to not have time to be bothered with swollen lymph nodes. Just took my vitals twice and sent me home to wait for my appointment with a surgeon in two days.
