Horrible experience even before my first visit. They wrongfully charged co-pay while I was filling out new patient registration online. In response to my argument that there should be no co-pay under my two insurance, they even blamed me for not telling them. As a matter of fact, my insurance info was already available on the registration portal. It looks they care about money much more than patients. Highly NOT recommend.

Dr. Wu is an excellent pulmonologist! My asthma has improved significantly.

I was hopeful after reading the positive reviews that Dr. Wu would be able to help with a Chronic cough I've had for 5 months now. After spending hundreds at hospitals, and General Practitioners with now results, I need to get rid of my cough which is impacting my sleep, and work. She seemed to strongly suspect Acid Reflux, which is very likely. Unfortunately, the script for Nexium she wrote and sent to the pharmacy was refused by my insurance company unless her office justified that I needed it (otherwise, it's $700+ a month). I notified her office, and it wasn't resolved that day. I called back the next day, and notified them of the issue. Still no return call or any indication it was going to be resolved. Several days later (after the weekend), I called again, and finally got a call back hours later from another Dr. in the office stating that the Pharmacy was supposed to call them, and they would call the pharmacy to see what was going on (the issue is with the INSURANCE… company, not the pharmacy). Well, it's been 2 days since then, and I still have no medicine, nor any idea what is going on. I luckily have an appointment scheduled with another pulmonologist next week, that I will try instead, as Dr. Wu's office does not seem to be able to call an insurance company, and explain why a patient needs what the Dr. Prescribed. I am cancelling my followup with Dr. Wu, as I am coughing as bad as ever, and have wasted lots of time calling their office with no results.

LOVE Dr. WU- very caring,honest,straight forward Dr. Have seen her numerous times in the hospital & the office. She really takes great care of her patients, and I would recommend her 100%.
