Dr. Jane Yoo, MD

I was scheduled 3 weeks out and confirmed via email twice then because of Covid, I called to make sure Dr Yoo was going to be in the office for my visit. Someone (I think Melissa?) assured me that Dr Yoo would see me during my appointed time. I had a 2 hour round trip and arrived a bit early only to be told that Dr Yoo wasn’t in the office but a PA could see me. I was also told that they had known for days that Dr Yoo wouldn’t be in the office. I had no intention of seeing an assistant! No one bothered to contact me and I was lied to when I called to confirm! This is absolutely as unprofessional as it gets and I wouldn’t think of using this Dr or her office in the future.

Too rushed in the appointment. Staff was pleasant though. Gave me some medicines but they made my condition worse. I had to consult with another doctor to get treatment.

I saw Dr. Yoo recently and was very impressed by her ability to listen well in order to try and make the correct diagnosis. I came in with a somewhat complex situation and she took the time necessary to make sure that she had the symptoms correctly recorded. I will definitely be seeing her again.

I have seen Dr. Yoo 3 times in the last month and have found her to be professional, easy to talk to and accurate in her diagnosis. I would highly recommend her to friends & family. I have experienced very short wait times, but have purposely made my appointments for early in the day to avoid any sort of patient back-log.
