Dr. Janelle Lynette Davison, OD

I have been getting emails and texts from this office for someone not me. I have "unsubscribed" several times and still they keep contacting me. I called and asked for an office manager today in an attempt to get my info from their database and the office manager, Ms. Harper, had to be asked three different times before she would give me her name. Then she argued with me that the person she had been trying to contact had this number before me and that it was OK for her to text and email me. I have had this email and number well well over a decade, so they are either attempting connection with clients from a very long time ago, or they entered my info mistakenly- repeatedly. When asked why she was being so belligerent, she got louder and louder and was talking over me and argued that they were well within their rights to contact me. She was still yelling when I hung up. Rude and unprofessional!
