Dr. Janelle Evans Donaldson, MD

Dr. Donaldson was my primary care physician for 3 years. I complained of the same issues for 3 years, and she dismissed me every year, saying my issues were because I am perimenopausal. She did not order any diagnostic tests and refused to conduct a pap smear or pelvic exam the last 2 years because it "was not required for someone my age." She lacked compassion, did not follow up and showed zero interest in helping me. After repeatedly hitting a brick wall, I went to another physician. The new physician, also a GP, immediately ordered an ultrasound. Now I am dealing with a large mass/tumor & potential ovarian cancer because of a delayed diagnosis that could have been caught with a pelvic exam and diagnostic test during the last 3 years. At the very least, Dr. Donaldson should have referred me to an OB/GYN specialist since she lacked the skills and knowledge to help me.

Dr. Donaldson is awesome! She actually listens to you and is knowledgeable. Excellent doctor!
