I'm in my third trimester and I had just two questions that needed answering. My stomach was rock hard for hours without any breaks, and I was leaking a lot more than a teaspoon of colostrum. Doctor came in late by 40 minutes. I didn't hear her use the hand sanitizer. She shook both my husband and my hand. She told me I was in third trimester and asked if I had any questions. I told her about the colostrum, she told me it was probably just 1/4 of a teaspoon but looked like more. I said okay (obviously I'm stupid because I don't have a title of doctor and only doctors know how to measure liquids), and then asked if it happened to be more than that is that okay. She asked what color it was and told me it was fine. Then I asked about the rock hard stomach. She asked me how far apart it was. I told her it was constant, there were no breaks. She told me I was in labor. I waited for her to say more. She didn't. I said okay. Then she said, "but obviously you weren't because you're… here". I said nothing. She told me I should have called labor and delivery, because they would have told me if I was in labor or not. I asked her what they would have asked me if I did call. She said a series of questions. I asked her what she would have asked me if I called and told her what I already did. She told me she would have asked me a series of questions. My husband jumped in at this point and firmly asked her "SO WHAT'S THE EXPLANATION?" She said, "I don't know, I wasn't there!" I wanted to know what the deal was with the contractions but she wouldn't tell me. She just wanted me to call labor and delivery next time and ask them. I'm frustrated because she's a doctor. I'm talking to her now, she asked if I had any questions, and I do have questions! Why do I have to wait until next time to get my questions for now answered by someone on the phone? But I see now she's not educated or confident as a doctor. My doctor would have answered all of my questions and more. She wouldn't have left me feeling even more confused and frustrated.

DR.Ogura was ver late to the appointment and she was in a hurry to complete the appointment. Not at all ready to listen to patients questions. Although she is knowledgeable, if you have other doctors please go with them
