Smart, analytical, thorough, and concerned for her patient's well-being! She is one of the finest physicians in the northwest Arkansas area. After seeking her help for a problem I was unable to get resolved at another clinic, she not only "squeezed me in" under short notice, but she was able to quickly recognize and treat the problem. The treatment will take some time, but it is working. I feel like she has given me my life back. She is not only an outstanding physician, she is a good, kind person.

Dr. Potts is very attentive, friendly, profesional and has a great ability to put people at ease. Her medical knowledge exceeds most doctors employed in a "Community Clinic". With the diverse cultural background of this area,she remains poised to all. A great attribute that her nurse Kelly also holds. The staff at the front desk is challenged dealing with a multitude of issues. As with any person in a position such as this, attitudes can ride roller coasters. I recommend someone helping them jump off.

I have been a patient of Dr. Potts for at least 7 maybe 8 years, even before she was at the Community Clinic. I followed her to the new clinic, because she is a great doctor, listens to my issues and has been very helpful to my overall well being.
