Lol never had a visit. Waited a month for an appt, took off work. Drove 44 minutes and as I’m pulling into the lot they cancelled! I was told the dr has laryngitis. I guess she just realized it 5 minutes prior to my appt!!!! And how did she tell her office about her illness without a voice? Smoke signals, sign language, hieroglyphics????? I was also told she has a baby. Ok I raised twins!, worked full time and took care of my ailing father. My grandmother has 11! That’s not my problem. Make up your mind, sudden mute syndrome or is it a baby?don’t make up excuses for poor behavior! This didn’t happen 5 minutes before my visit!!! I drove far away, paid toll, gas, took time off work! If I cancelled the dr would charge me a fee! A patients time is just as important as a dr! This was very unprofessional and inconvenient! Offered me to rebook an appt. I turned it down. Sorry too unprofessional for me.
