Janessa Milne Snelders

I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, with a focus on spine, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and running evaluation.

I am always seeking opportunities to learn and grow to provide the highest quality treatment for my patients. I am state-certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, which has enhanced my treatment capabilities. I enjoy running, sometimes excessively, and I use my knowledge and skills to manage my own stubborn knee pain. I am a proud member of the lacrosse community in Utah, having played in high school and college, and I have officiated girls' lacrosse for 10 years. I love giving back to the community as a physical therapist, referee, and occasional fitness instructor. I received my clinical training in Sports Medicine at the Mayo Clinic and balance training at the University of Utah, which ignited my passion for treating these patients in my practice.
