Dr. Janet Flores Cheng, MD

Dropped off forms for employment process. Twelve days and still not completed. No call backs to my requests. Billing issue in past was error on their part.

The staff is great, PA thorough, Dr. Cheng is caring and excellently skilled.

I really like Dr. Cheng. She is thorough, professional and very cordial. Her office staff could improve. They forget to call/email in medications. I have experienced this both times I've required meds...once with Walmart and the next with Publix. I called the docs office from Publix pharmacy when they did not have a script for me. Dr. Cheng's office put me on hold and came back and said she got busy and forgot, but was going to call right now. When I had left Dr.Cheng's office, I told her assistant who removed my stitches, that I was going to stop by Publix on the way home to pick up my meds. She said I'm calling it in right now. As I walked out the door, she had the phone in hand. I guess she hung up when door closed behind me. I had even stopped by another store to give Publix the opportunity to fill the script, but when I got there an hour later, they did not have a script for me. Had it not happened to me both times I required meds, I wouldn't even mention it in this review. If… this could be rectified, it would be a perfect score.

I heard of Dr. Cheng from a friend who goes to her and she had so many good things to say so I went to her and I'm so glad I did! She does a thourough skin check and took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. Many other dermatologists I've been to just look me up & down in 2 seconds and I'm done and they run right out. Dr. Cheng really was great and I definitely recommend going to her.

I've found Dr. Cheng to be consistently personable, so far accurate in her diagnoses with me, and well I just think she's GREAT!!!
