I'M SO SAD TO SEE HER RETIRE.

Bedside manner of some of the PA's is terrible.

They call the people in the office Doctors (which I think is fairly unethical because it gives you the impression youre getting care you arent) but they arent, they are Physicians Assistants which is a fair bit less education/experience than a real Doctor. Janet is the only actual Doctor in the office and getting an appointment with her was ridiculous, when my long wait was finally over she rushed me out without even listening to my concerns and gave me a prescription for something that when I got the pharmacy was told it had been banned awhile ago. I find that more than a little alarming! Every time Ive had an appointment here Ive basically had to self diagnose and several times heard the phrase Ill be right back, I just need to look something up which left me feeling like they were using Google or WebMD to diagnose me and I had to pay for that!

Overall I really like the care I have recieved here. First Impressions the office is old and run down, but if you can look past that I think you will like the personalized quick care you will recieve here. I never have to wait for an appointment and often just wait outside in my car if there are sick people in the office. They have no problem just waveing you in when its youre turn. The nurses are ok, nothing special, The NP are pretty nice and take the time to really listen, the reseptionist is awsome. She is always friendly, greets you by youre first name when you come in the office. Only met Dr.Kelly 3 years ago once. She was real down to earth. Overall I would say they met my expectations, my children always get a same day app if neccisay and I can be a kind of needy patient and they are always willing to acomidate any of my needs or concerns.

The only reason I decided to stay with Dr. Kelly for so long was becuase I was under the impression she was the only doctor that accepted Cigna. I've never been so happy to be wrong before! Here's the rest of the review:Getting an appointment is not easy. 95% of the time they mix my records with that of my sisters. So when I call I have to make sure they are pulling my records not my sisters. Her insurance was even wrongly charged becuase of their lack of diligence. Scheduling an appointment will usually push out to two weeks or so. Waiting time is average. 15-20 mins. Courtesy and professionalism is a zero. There is no privacy in that office. I can over hear the staff talking about other patients. And it awful to see a different PA every time I go in. I haven't actually seen Dr. Kelly in 5 or more years. Bedside manner is okay because it's always a different PA trying to learn your medical history over and over again. So they are pretty nice about it.Needless to say, I'm done with… this place.

this office does not protect your privacy the girls that work in the office sit around and discuss paitents problems this doc only wants 5 min paitents if you have any medical problems or illness dont expect it to be dealt with hereif you need narcotic prescriptions see janet kelly she over presribes then blames other docs in her clinic she is a very bad doctor you have no privacy to your medical records and if someone in the office has a personnel problem with you the office will use the little bit of power to taint your name everywherethere is no ethics here and if you have a seriuos illness she wont deal with it only 5 minute patients shes gotta earn that money so she can get drunk every night have been in clinic when she reaked of liqor it was bad she was my kids doctor -just plain bad
