I don't feel that she performed a fair assessment of my child. Not only did she not bother to take her time to make him comfortable with her when he CLEARLY showed signs of shyness/discomfort, she also wouldn't let me speak in any way. If I tried to give her information about my son, she would talk over me and dismiss what I was trying to say. It wasn't until I gave her a real attitude that she slightly paid more attention to what was being said to her, but even then, she quickly dismissed what I had to say. Overall, she came across as a real "starts with b and rhymes with witch," but wrapped up in fake niceness.

Thoughtful caring doctor who took the time to explain the problem my child has

She was able to determine that a 5 year old is autistic by him not looking at her while walking into an exam room. She is also able to administer an ADOS exam in just about 10 minutes when they should take 30. Was unable to take in any of the very unique and special circumstances surrounding this child and weighed heavily, if not completely on a letter written by another doctor months ago. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a proper assessment.
