The best ENT in Tampa Bay!

Dr. Lee recently performed a very invasive neck surgery on me, removing a mass larger than the size of a grapefruit. I have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry working directly with physicians in the hospital, and I must say I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone requiring invasive head/neck surgery. Typically I would only write a review for a physician if something truly awful happened, or if the physician was really excellent, and in this case I would give Dr. Lee a 5 out of 5. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and also punctual. I also must recognize the office staff because they always responded to my phone messages quickly (literally within 2 hours both times), made it easy to check in/out and schedule new appointments, and made multiple calls to the hospital where my surgery was supposed to be scheduled at as well as my insurance company (as this hospital was out of network) to assist me with getting my procedure covered at an in-network cost. All around great… experience, not to mention the hospital where Dr. Lee performed the surgery was pristine! (I found out later via Medicare’s website that it was the only hospital in Tampa Bay that received a 5 star rating). I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone, especially those who are nervous to have a major operation like mine.

I must say I have been a patient for over 4 years and I must say the service here is going downhill very fast. While the are getting bigger by buying out smaller ENT companies, they are forgetting about accountability and compassion. Everything is a number and bottom dollar now. I will be taking my business to a new provider which actually cares about the patient themselves and not how many people are in the waiting room waiting for over an hour+. I think Dr Lee is a good doctor but it’s about the whole package and it’s been going downhill for awhile. There are a few good people left (Kristin and Jesse) but the majority have left for greener pastures. To everyone looking for a RELIABLE, COMPASSIONATE and HONEST company, please do your research and look elsewhere.

Have had allergies for years and finally bothered to go see a doctor. First doctor I went to canceled on me several times before I gave up. Then I found Dr. Lee online and made an appointment. Ease of getting an appointment with little to no waiting time. She gave several options and prescribed a pill that's changed my daily life. No longer unable to sleep well due to congestion and totally functional now in the day - not drowsy, in a haze from my bothered allergies.She's knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly effective solution to my bothersome allergies. Would definitely recommend her.

Had several different ENTs meet with me over the last six years. Because I've had complicated sinus problems. Most my treatments have been ineffective and altogether frustrating. I met with Dr. lee earlier this year and have noticed vast improvements. It's night and day! I definitely would recommend Dr.Lee. She's professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Her staff are professional and making appointments are pretty easy-/ it's not a huge wait and she's always willing to fit me in.

the doctor is more concerned with the dollars then actual bedside manner and patient care. She refuses to seak with you on the phone to answer basic questions or even have her staff of one help you.She conistently asks to see you and wants you to come in, to answer any questions...She looking for the dollars in my opinion and is not interested in really helping you,

Dr Lee is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by:she does not just write perscriptions but actually treats you in the office and you feel better when you leave! Her receptionist/assistant Tracy is very compassionate as well as competent. Other doctors should take a page from this practice on how to treat patients.
