Dr. Janet Lee Mark, MD

Dr. Mark will be arraigned in state surpreme court along with Mark Harmon the so called clinical supervisor. Dr. Mark sanctioned benzos for over thirty patients who were patients of Dr. Spencer of the state tower bldg. and all the patients died because Dr. Mark allowed them to taks Bezos and methodone at the same timr.

I have been in treatment at Crouse for almost 20 Yrs on and off, I have never even had the pleasure of meeting this "Dr" who prescribes my methadone. This clinic treats it's patients unfairly and most of the staff has an attitude that says, "what can they do about it anyway". This is not a healthy recovery environment and it shows in their turnover rate. It's really sad that they are the only clinic for 100s of miles and they know it and take full advantage of that.

SHE SHOULD CHANGE HER LAST NAME TO MENGELE.I WAS IN TREATMENT FOR TWENTY YEARS ON METH AND SHE SANTIONED BENZOS THAT LED TO THE DEATH OF AT LEAST THREE OTHER PATIENTS I WAS IN TREATMENT WITH,AM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH AN EX US ATTORNEY TO RETRIEVE RECORDS UNDER FREEDOM OF INFO ACT,BEWARE,CROUSE HAS BEEN IN LITIGATION MANY MANY TIMES
