Very knowledgeable and experienced physician. Easy to talk to and she answered all my questions.

Dr. Otto is a real delight, very intelligent, personable, knowledgeable,thoughtful ... what more can I say? Is it okay to say fun to be around? She listens and comprehends what you are saying/asking. Really like her approach of trying the simplest, easiest and safest route of action first and then go from there.

My visit with Dr. Otto was great, so willing to spend the time answering all my questions, very personable and caring. The staff was always visiting among themselves and unprofessional. There seems to be a lot of confusion and non communication in the cardio dept. Compared to other departments at Portneuf.

She is personable and kind and explains things so they are understood, she takes her time with me each time I am there and I have ample time to ask any questions that I might have. Her staff is very efficient and kind as well, they are happy and concerned about how I am doing and feeling.
