Awful bedside manner. Completely insensitive.

Riduculous wait times. Staff almost rude. However, Dr. Roberts is fantastic and, after trying other doctors, I'm coming back regardless of staff.

After seeing a PA at another derm office who spent all of 5 minutes with me at the initial visit (including removing lesions), and returning for deeper treatment, which I assumed would be done by a doctor but was again seen by the PA, I was disgusted and wanted a change.Dr. Roberts and her staff were knowledgable, spent time with me, and answered all my questions. I am driving across town for care, but it is worth it.

Front desk receptionist is very rude! The doctor however is wonderful so I guess that's the most important point to make.

I first met Dr. Roberts 24 years ago. She first treated my daughter for various skin allergies as well as her having alopecia. She has always provided treatment in a caring personable no nonsense way. I have continued through the years seeing her for various reasons and have never left her office not feeling that my reasons for coming have not been taken care of. Her staff have always been both kind, professional and with her for many years and to me that says something.

i have showed my tooth that she worked on to 3 different doctors and they all said they all were in shock. she charges twice more than anyone else just because she has an office in downtown.
