Said about 2 words to me. Seemed cold. Saw her for only 2 minutes. Didn't examine me as her final report says she did.

Horrible treatment

First time having to bring my 4 year old son to the ER for trouble breathing. She quickly identified a serious case of croup, made him feel comfortable even though he was a little scared, ordered the proper treatments quickly and made sure to check in to ensure he was responding well. Eased this mommas mind and heart. Wonderful bedside manner with children.

Dr Skrbin worked to identify why I was feeling so much pain and then to carefully explain what is happening, what is next and what I should expect. All the while she continued to order strong pain medicine despite all the caution you see these other docs exercise because you may get addicted. At that moment, addiction was the least of my issues. Acute pain had overcome me. No matter what the nurse brought for the pain it wasn't strong enough but they tried to help rather than let me suffer indignantly like a previous physicians assistant I had seen in the same hospital 3 days prior. I also really appreciate that she took the time to explain the treatment plan and expected outcomes. Thanks for helping me to feel somehat better during a very difficult time.
