Keeps you waiting. Violetta told me to report her to my healthcare agency ( which I did) I'm so disappointed in her bedside manner. After making me wait in a filthy lobby where patients and walk-ins eat fried chicken. She runs out of the room in five minutes. It's like assembly line. The medical assistant took my BP and was not allowed to give the result and Dr. Didn't even look at it. Two visits later I still don't know my BP. Violetta says I have to make appt to ask the Dr about my blood pressure. That's so that they can bill for another office visit. To have to wait 3 days for results for urinary tract infection results could be very dangerous and painful....this Drs office had approved authorization in office for over 30 days. I specifically told Dr and medical assistant to call me when it got there. No call! This office is so wrong in so many ways. You can hear the receptionist and medical assistants complaining loudly about their jobs and patients. I was so shocked at how little… she cares about her patient. Please don't waste your time. I ended up hospitalized with bronchitis because she wouldn't listen to my lungs properly. She told me to buy Robitussin. .. I was supposed to get pap smear. But Everytime the girls tell me it's up to the Dr, if she's not too busy... So basically it's ok for her not to give results or proper treatment... Save yourselves the grief and frustration. It's dirty and very unprofessional. I filed a grievance and it will be reviewed by medical Committee. I won't be treated like cattle or assembly line.

This Doctor does not spend anytime listening to patient! She is much too busy running assembly line for cash! She never takes patients in at scheduled Appointment times.. you wait in a lobby where patients are eating fried chicken The girls are very rude and refuse to give my messages to the doctor. . The first time I went in with a bad cough and a fever and she flew out of the room telling me to buy cough syrup. I was hospitalized two days later with bronchitis. Second visit I go in with UTI symptoms and gave a UA. .. she came into the room and asked for UA I said I already gave one... She said I will be right back and never returned. The medical assistant said they would have to send my us out and call me!!!! No dipstick done. Two days later I'm in severe pain with fever. I called three times and Violetta and Jeanette told me my results were back, but DR too busy to review them .. another trip to the ER. Toilet seat in bathroom had dried blood on it. My Authorization stood in… their office for over a month without them calling me! This is the most unprofessional office I've ever seen. My MRI was denied. Even though the state put me on disability for knee replacement.... And osteoarthritis...the drs reply was I'm going to tell them it hurts. ( Because the denial said there was no diagnosis for pain. Dr Janet Soliman is out for the $$ she does not care! Don't waste your time

After my visit with Dr. Soliman I was very disappointed. She only took two minutes with me and would not let me explain in further detail my reasons why I thought I had a problem. After I explained my concerns, she did not validate them or seemed to have any empathy. She cut me off then proceeded to tell me "google it." That is very inappropriate for a DOCTOR to say to a patient. I would not recommend her at all nor her clinic.

she did not seen interested in my time and was in a rush. not happy with her visit. asked her that i get a lot of pressure on my head and sinus. when she told me I'm fine with my results. i said are you sure all is good? She said maybe i need to see a physiatrist. i would be scared to send any mom with children or teens. i will give her a 000000 No star i hope ppl take the time to grade the doctors you see so we can get rid of the ones that don care.

Bad place! Don't waste your time these people are crooked.

i would not recommend this doctor to anyone the waiting time is extreme long, and on top of that the doctor doesnt even spend 2 mins with you, this is awful

I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all. I went in once with a severe headache and she didn't even take the time to examine me before saying I had a migraine. I later went to another doctor and found out I had a severe inner ear infection. The staff has a horrible attitude, and they are not very nice or attentive at all. I went in a second time and she was very dismissive of what I had to say and didn't even take the time to get to the bottom of my problem. To say the least I will not be going back and I advice that you find another doctor.
