Dr. Janet L Talmo, MD

I was assigned to Janet Talmo under my BCN plan, as she was accepting new patients. When I tried setting up an appointment for a serious issue, I received a voicemail back TWO days later to let me know she was no longer taking new patients, although I had been assigned for months. I had to call back, 3 times to let her know I really needed to be seen and ask her contact BCBS for a referral to urgent care so I could be seen and my insurance would cover it...nothing, no return phone call, no referral, nothing.

My significant and I have been going to Dr Talmo for more than 7 years. She and her staff are thorough and caring. If we need a call back, we get it. She is excellent with diagnosing and treating our ailments.

I have been going to Dr Jan Talmo for several years now, and have found her to be the most caring, through, and knowledgeable family practice doctor I have ever gone to. She checks back with me when she treats me for a sickness to see how I’m doing, she diagnosed some things even before a specialist did, and she is very careful about the side effects of the drugs she prescribes to me. She and her staff are great!
