Dr. Janet B Westenberger, DO

I went in for my annual exam and was not only charged for that, but I was also charged a sick visit for merely going over my concerns with the doctor when I was also asked by the nurse at the beginning of my exam if I had any concerns. When going in for an annual physical exam, keep your questions and concerns to yourself, otherwise you will be charged for an additional sick visit!

Going to Dr Westenberger was a terrible experience. She has horribly inconvenient office hours that make seeing her almost impossible. The wait times in the office to even get into an exam room is at the minimum 30 minutes. That is not including the 20 minutes you will wait in the exam room to be seen by Janet. At which point she will be with you for all of about 5 minutes to brush off your concerns and to prescribe you with medication that hasn't been manufactured in 10 years. After all that the office will also charge you for made up expenses every time you try and make an appointment or contact them. Claiming that the co-payment wasn't paid even though they won't see you if you don't pay the co-payment upfront. Janet and her office is completely out of touch with current practices as well as basic amenities.

A Doctor that takes the time to listen ! No long wait time. I never feel rushed while she is attending to me. Her staff is equally as caring. I have been going to Dr Westenberger for many years and her care has always been consistent. She has been accurate in diagnosing my issues and promptly addressed them.

when going over my lab reports, she explains everything. Very thorough. No long wait times for appointments either.

Dr. Westenberger is our family physician. She takes her time with us at appointments, and although at times we have to wait in the waiting room for our scheduled appointment, it is worth it because I know that we won't be rushed out so she can get to her next patient. She is always available, even with limited office hours. She returns calls promptly and works as a partner with us in our medical care. To date she has been diligent in helping us to resolve health matters.

Misdiagnosed both my daughter and husband. Thank goodness, we took the initiative to get a second opinion. We found that she was not thorough and she had absolutely no follow through with regard to test results and next steps. Also very belligerent when confronted. I would not entrust my family to this doctor. I normally do not take the time to write reviews, however, I felt this was important to warn others.

I always feel my problems are addressed and my questions are answered without feeling rushed. I have recieved excellent care from Dr. Westenberger for 15 years.

I've been seeing Dr. Westenberger for 4 yrs. My experience has always been positive. She takes the time to listen to me and she has been an accurate diagnostican. Most importantly to me, unlike most arrogant physicians, she always takes the time to double check her prescriptions & diagnoses.

While she seemed to care, she was quick and in the end did a very poor job of diagnosing the problem. Fortunately, I have a medical plan that allows me to see a specialist without referral and when I did, I got a proper diagnosis. If I had listened to Dr. Westenberger, I would have been in real trouble.
