Dr. Janette Andrews, MD

I only had a 25 minute wait but that was because I was a new patient and there was paperwork. I really like Dr. Andrews. She was easy to talk to and asked all the right questions. I had no problems at all. Truly a wonderful experience.

Dr. Andrews is very polite and sweet.

I really would not suggest going to the group for women. Theirs so many people going in and out. there for it makes it seem like your just the next in line to ride there roller coaster. There manner is by far poor. Bottom line they are way to busy for the care you may need.

I was a little skeptical meeting this doctor after reading some of the reviews. But my old dr. moved away, and I decided to take the chance anyway. My original appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, but I received a call from their office asking to come in earlier. I was happy to do so, as I live close and wanted to get it over with. I was the only one in the waiting area, filled out my paperwork, and was seen right away. The nurse and the doctor were great. I had no problem with Dr. Andrews' bedside manner, I thought she was very personable and easy to talk to. My mind was immediately put at ease! Plus, they did not even collect the co-pay at the office, it goes to the insurance company first.

Dr. Andrews delivered my first child! Absolutely love her and just made my appointment to plan having my next baby:)

I was extremely disappointed by Dr. Andrews. Her bedside manner is in need of improvement. She didn't spend any real time with me and the office is more like a factory: pumping in and out patients to make a buck. The staff is not helpful either. More than once I have had to wait for Dr. Andrews with out an explanation as to why it is taking so long, only to over hear the receptionist tell someone else that she doesn't know when Dr. Andrew's will be in because she is delivering a baby or even once she was on vacation!!! I agree with the other opinion on this site - find another Ob/Gyn!

The staff at this office are extremely unprofessional (primarily the front desk clerk and Dr Andrew's nurse). Although Dr Andrews was aware of a prior diagnosis, she NEVER suggested a treatment plan or investigated the diagnosis further during the 3 years I was seen by her (which my current Dr commented was negligent and unacceptible). I do not and would not recommend Dr Andrews.
