Dr. Jang Bahadur S Chadha, MD

Watch out and watch your wallet. Chadha is a crook and is all about the money. I was referred to him by another doctor as my sleep doctor. I went to him with my initial sleep study result from a certified and approved sleep study lab. I was at the office 30min early to my appointment and I was called to see the doctor after 2:40hrs of me sitting in the waiting room. I don't know how folks who come to see him could just waste their precious time at the waiting room. Chadha reviewed my result and stayed that I went to an uncertified lab to do my study. Even though the result are in front of him, he refused to read and suggest a treatment for me. He actually refuse to review my result after me wasting my time waiting for him to just tell me about the unprofessionalism. He stated that I should have gone to his lab so he review the result. His lab is certified and not others. Never go to this doctor. He is actually making money off of patients.

If I could give Dr. Chadha and his staff 0 stars, I would. Stay away from this clinic! Long wait times, disrespectful staff, and he has a condescending, misogynistic, patronizing attitude as so many others have noted. He also body shamed me (as a 5'8" 160 lb female, I am NOT overweight), not to mention that the BMI chart is an outdated way of assessing patients, as muscle is heavier than fat and body type and general build are more indicative of health). The receptionists are rude and distracted. The sleep studies were also a literal nightmare. They fitted me with a series of incorrect masks, I kept waking up choking and having panic attacks and when I told the nurse she said, "Well, that's your problem, you better get to sleep since we are running out of time." She couldn't have been less helpful. I've now switched to an amazing doctor at Mt. Sinai in Union Square. Of course getting my paperwork from Dr. Chadha's office was also a nightmare, which took multiple phone calls and… requests for them to fax it to my new doctor. RUN DON'T WALK ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE!

Its hard to get appointments at a convenient time. There is always long wait times before the doctor sees the patient even when he is just walking around looking at his cell phone. Staff is rude and the doctor seems to only be interested in the money and not helping the patient.

Terrible experience! Doctor is unfriendly with a superior attitude. Takes lots of notes but it feels as if he is doing you a big favor. Husband had two appointments and also spent two nights at the sleep study center. Test results indicated that a CPAP machine was need. After CPAP was set up (with the incorrect sized mask) another mask was ordered and still incorrectly fitted. Husband stopped using machine because he was getting a worst nights sleep with machine. It has been approx. FIVE (5) weeks that CPAP was NOT USED. No-one has followed up... no call from sleep center or Dr. Chadha's office. WHO MONITORS THESE MACHINE??????? Patients DEPEND ON DOCTORS TO HELP THEM. STAY AWAY... Find another doctor! Office staff unfriendly and rude.

No respect for Patients time. Patients regularly wait for 2 hours or more to see the doctor after arriving for their reset appointment time. Ridiculous!

I have never been to someone who has been more rude to me! He doubts the doctor who referred me! He showed up late, and took the person ahead of me who got there late! He also got mad at how early I was. Sorry that Access A Ride has a schedule to adhere to that he does not! He has an attitude towards you that makes you feel inferior towards him. He asks all the questions, but it's like he doubts you, and he corrects you, so it's best to not even talk at all. Let all your paperwork do the talking. Rude staff too. Stay away!
