I had a great visit with this doctor for my annual. She took her time to discuss my issues and and I had all my questions answered very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family

Her team (MA Liliana) was extremely unprofessional to me. While taking my vitals and asking about my symptoms, I was immediately interrupted and told that I could only discuss one issue with the doctor. I said that I was happy to have a second referral put in to discuss both issues but her MA insisted that I had to sign a document stating that I could pay out of pocket before I could see the doctor. I was basically in shock at the lack of patient concern and “gate keeping” tactics happening to me before I even saw the doctor. I felt very unsafe for the rest of the visit, unable to ask about differentials or discuss all of my symptoms without - “getting an out of pocket bill.” The worst part was at the end of the day when I reviewed my portal notes from the visit and found that The doctor spent the first paragraph of her notes trashing my character and making False statements! If you want a doctor who cares about you as a patient and creates a safe space for you to bring your… concerns and questions to, please do not come to her!
