Dr. Rao and her staff are exceptional.

I highly recommend Dr Rao. She has been our doctor for almost 20 years, and we've always had great care from her. She always takes her time to really listen to my concerns, she asks pertinent questions, she's open to trying suggestions if they make sense to her, she gives me options when there are some. She's friendly and caring, and always in a good mood.

She listened quite well and was very nice. I’ve chatted with her on the patient portal. She’s quick to respond to questions.

She seems like she wants to finish the appointment as soon as possible. She’s very conservative when treating patients (referred me to someone to triple check if i had ADHD which I do).

I have seen Dr. Rao for two years now and I have found her professional and caring. She has always taken the time to explain and answer any questions that I have had. I once had to stop by because I needed a doctor right then. I was able to see her WITHOUT an appointment after about 15 minutes of waiting. She also takes the time to socialize if she can. I have had discussions with her on universal healthcare and was impressed with her views. She always has a smile and a kind word. She's not afraid to pat you on the back if you are feeling down, either. Her staff are friendly and professional. They always know my name, even when I haven't visited in a few months. One time my insurance messed up and I had a bill, yet they still allowed me to see her.I am setting up an appointment for my grandmother today. Her current doctor, Dr. Phoenix, is distant and unfriendly and she doesn't like that. I would recommend Dr. Rao to everyone, young and old.
