no bedside manner what so ever. will not allow questions to be asked without her spouting off rudely,

Dr. Bilby is very professional, to the point, and is one of the physicians who makes a difference and actually cares about the outcomes of her patients. It is sad she is leaving Community Health Network and they are not permitting anyone to tell her patients where she is going. This causes concern as to whether Community is focused on Dr. Bilby's patients, or if it is really about money. Her patients deserve to know where she is going.

My whole family sees Dr Bilby. I have seen Kelly (NP) once. Questions are always on point, have never had a problem with her staff, she makes appropriate referrals, performs appropriate testing and is very curteous. After reading some other reviews, I have to say that I have been late with the bill a couple of times. I called into the office, told them the problem (Janice) and worked out something easily. I have never had an issue with the staff or Dr Bilby. We moved and are no longer with the practice - and boy do I miss her!!

I have been going to Dr. Bilby for two years as my other doctors office staff wasnt professional-(Dr. Blackwell and staff). She is very professional, asks numerous questions, is very easy to talk to and her staff has been AWSOME when I have called them!! I AM VERY HAPPY TO RECOOMEND HER TO EVERYONE!

Dr. Bilby has been my doctor for 19 years. She gives excellent care to both my husband and I. I have recommended her to other people as well.

Don't seem to care about their patients.

Gave accurate diagnoses, education, follow,and referrals for further testing. knowledgeable about my medical conditions, made appropriate referralsmfor tests and to other specialists. Good grasp of female issues. I highly recommend her.
