Janice took care of my mother she was kind and caring and listened to my mom and was so professional and was also very friendly with me at the appointments and to her staff she is a rare gem.

Janice is very professional and thorough as a nurse practitioner. She asked all the right questions and followed up with my prior doctor to make sure there were no holes in my care! I feel secure in her care!

I saw Janice for the first time and was very unsatisfied. Firstly, she dresses very lazy and unprofessional. She was wearing an old t-shirt and loose pants. I don’t even think she brushed her hair. Next, she did not have all the documents from my other doctors even though they were requested. I can in to be established as a patient but felt like it was a waste of my time because all she asked is if I wanted to be a full code or DNR. I’m only 70 years old- why would I want to be a DNR? She had this very nice young lady come in to draw my blood but was very rude to the poor girl- saying that she wasn’t doing it right. Well, I didn’t see her trying! Unfortunately, I will be back but only because I live in the facility now. I hope it is better next time but this first impression was not good.
