Dr. Janice Rollefson Rollefson Chang, MD

I used the a dermatologist for 20+ years. When he retired I went to Dr. Chang. On my first visit she had a concern with the skin above my lip. She called me that night and told me she needed to biopsy it. It turned out to be cancer, and some of it had wrapped around a nerve leading to my brain. I’ve since had it removed. She literally saved my life.

I love the doctor but I can never reach the receptionist. It always goes to voice mail and then we trade phone calls in order to make an appointment.

Dr. Chang is extremely respectful and attentive; she explained everything, asked a lot of questions and listens to me. I really like her as a doctor and would definitely recommend her!

Dr. was pleasant and competent but after three appointments, the first messed up by staff necessitating a 2 hour wait, the second again not entered into the computer (I was told to go home) and after an hour wait for the third, I gave up and contacted another provider. Other patients in the waiting room had similar experiences.

She is the best dermatologist! I fly from Little Rock, AR, just to see her

I went to Dr. Chang after being told that I have a few possible malignancies. The previous doctor I saw was less than friendly, almost cold and I opted for a second opinion. Dr. Chang was a wonderful choice. She was considerate of my concerns, was very reassuring, and although I'm waiting on my results, I left (after my follow-up to a Biopsy) feeling very confident in her abilites. Often people suffer from "White-Coat syndrome", but Dr. Chang's gentle approach is so refreshing. You feel as though you are her one and only patient, and never feel rushed (so uncommon this day and age, it seems). I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new Dermatologist!
