Dr. Janice Angela Granieri, MD

Dr. Granieri has been very helpful. She has made a sincere effort to find the cause of my pain and ways to relieve it.

Best physician ever!!!

I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment as she was booked solid. It was not urgent so it was well worth the wait. If it was an urgent issue they would have fit me in. She took her time with me, explaining every detail of osteoporosis vs osteopenia. She showed me the on line reports of my bone density studies and how she determined whether or not I needed treatment at this time. She is soft spoken and extremely efficient with a great bedside manner. Her staff is equally caring and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Granieri's attitude has changed drastically ever since I am disabled and don't have insurance coverage, hence have to rely on the Clinic's financial assistance. She has dismissed the known side effects of Enbrel and showed absolutely no compassion; I still have the symptoms. Dr Granieri has disabled my email communication with her, she barely sees me maybe twice a year as opposed to every couple of months when I was insured. She has refused to call in the meds refills and finally did so after I complained on the Clinic website. My appointment was cancelled by her office for the reason that I wasn't approved for the financial assistance, when in fact, I was, and have a letter to prove it. Whenever I call her office, I am put on hold for a long time, as I understand, they are working short. Bottom line, I do not recommend Dr Granieri's services to anyone, especially to those uninsured. In the future, I will likely seek another doctor that belongs to a different health care… system. So much for the Clinic's big ads about World Class Care, whatever that means, that are nothing but a paid advertisement.

Jan Granieri is outstanding! She is thorough, compassionate and very good at working with her patients to diagnose their issues. Best doctor I have ever had!
