After sending me to see a specialist I received a bill for over $400. The office staff never submitted the referral to my insurance company so I got stuck with the bill. I tried calling to make an appointment weeks later and was told I am no longer a patient. The Dr. also was very open about her political views and made some pretty awful racial comments during our last visit. Find another Dr.

good luck having a bill fixed once she messes up. The doctor evades further contact. The office staff, however, are fine.

Very interested in talking, not very interested in performing exams. Have had numerous issues with not receiving care or answers during my time as a patient, consistently enough that it seems to be the norm and not a fluke.

She takes time to get to know you, not just your symptoms. Excellent bedside manner. If there is something wrong with you, she'll find out. My sister, who is in her early 30's went to Janice about stomach cramps.. she had seen other doctors before who insisted it was just anxiety. Janice found her cancer in 2 visits, and she is now free and clear of it. Janice takes the time to actually see you...,
