Dr. Janice Susan Low, MD

Dr Janice Low has been our pediatrician for 18 years! She is knowledgeable, kind and a very good listener. She makes my kids and me feel safe and well taken care of. I'm very thankful for her expertise!

She has been our pediatrician for 14 years, and we love her. She is always on time, and can squeeze in ill children and still give them her full attention. Very well run office. The nurses and Physician Assistants are all great, too.

We have been seeing Dr. Low for several years. She is excellent with my children and a kind and caring doctor. However, recently a new male nurse was added to her staff. He is abrasive, impatient and borderline rude. Our previous vaccines have been conducted as follows; mom holds child on lap, needle goes in arm and lollipop goes in mouth. This has worked for us on MANY occasions. I explained this to him. He ignored me. He chose to restrain my child and inject her quickly. Although this was effective, it wasn't needed. Today, I called to inquire about additional travel vaccines and I had the unpleasure of speaking with him on the phone. He stated in a lazy and impatient voice that I need to call the CDC to ask about in additional vaccines. He left me no room to explain that I had already checked the website and simply wanted to inquire about the availability of certain vaccines. We will now be looking for a new doctor.
