ASKED HER A QUESTION;About my brown spots on my face ? ITS must be your parents had them.You need to get this serum plus my sun block or get face peeler acid will remove . I could not get any reply.She was to busy trying too sell more stuff.

Do NOT trust them to treat your Neighbors dead cat, they will hurt it! 9-25-2018 I saw Dr Janice Moranz at Epiphany Derm. She came in and looked me over fast and quick, scanning the skin. She started throwing many strong medications at the issue. When I asked her what it is I have she told me, "I don't know. Its puritis, that means itchy skin" then she proceeded to tell me "Once you are on the third tube then call in to set a new appointment to come in because we wont refill without seeing you first." This “Dr” was going to start issuing strong medications at a skin issue she has no idea of what it is, if this will work, what is going on?! She is NOT going to find out what it is she is just going to throw meds at it and run out the door?! I have had much better help over 6 years with this skin issues/skin sores from Nurse Practitioners and family practice MD's who at least had a diagnosis they could give me as to what they were treating for. It did not work but they were much… more informative as to what they diagnose and why the treatment being given. I AM FILING AGAINST JANICE MORANZ EPIPHANY DERMATOLOGY WITH NEW MEXICO BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS.

You will get an appointment with Dr. Morantz right away for a reason; she represents many "medical" spas around town, she's in it for the money and not for good patient outcomes. Do yourself a favor and get into the Queue at Albuquerque Dermatology with Dr. Reddy, Shilpa and Siraj are fantastic and saved me lots of labs, time, and money by giving me a diagnosis within minutes, unlike Dr. Morantz.

Very poor experience. Did a very minimal exam and did not include my head or feet, given I have a history of atypical skin lesions as well as cancer I was astounded that she ignored my history, was un-caring and it seemed much more important to her to sell me some sun screen than treat my concerns. I have also complained to the corporate office of Epiphany and have had NO response to my calls or letters -- I guess this provider fits in well with the corporation - same culture and mentality.

Incredibly unfriendly, rude, and aloof.

Did not show any concern towards me as a patient. It seemed she just wanted to get me in and out as soon as possible. I would not visit her again, ever.

I originally saw Dr.Moranz for acne on my face. She never looked at my skin but immediately started selling me the vitamins and skin care on the first visit and she admits she makes a commission. I HAD TO ASK HER IN THE 3RD VISIT TO LOOK At MY SKIN, why would I have to ask her to do that? I went in there with acne on my face, when I stopped seeing her my skin was 10 times worse and it took me 3 years for my skin to heal because it erupted in red acne blisters from my face to my arms covering my skin. She put me on a steroid and said that I had to keep using it, I stopped because after using steroids for a long term use orally will cause internal damage. I had to seek treatment at UNM and was surprised at how much better they were and gave me topical ointments. I do not recommend anyone going there.

Didn't seem like a doctor as much as a used care saleman. More interested in selling me services and weight loss treatment than my medical issue.

Her office is littered with USANA PRODUCTS! if you want an Amway Sales Pitch Pyramid Scheme, go see her. Omg, she cares more about selling shampoo and weight loss crap than my skin!
