Dr. Janice Lynn Sumner, MD

Don't waste your time!! She doesn't listen and kept throwing drugs down my throat that didn't help. Run!!!

I genuinely like Dr. Sumner however it's too hard to get in for an appointment. Whoever answers the phone Page? & Annette? They both sound annoyed and are completely rude! Maybe when they are gone I'll consider making another appointment.

Staff seem unorganized and uneducated. Dr. Sumner was not any better. I am taking my money else where.

I have been with Dr. Sumner now for many years. I would recommend her to anyone. Definitely 5 stars plus.

Dr. Sumner allowed her office manager to ruin that office. I have called numerous times and my concerns fall on deaf ears. I was mocked by not only a medical Assistant but the office manager joined in not realizing I was still on the phone. She not only pushed out her staff but also Dr Stitts and Dr Mea.

I don't normally rate doctors but I was beyond aggravated today. I was told last week to call at 8:30 am to get in with Dr Summers to adjust some meds. I called around 9 due to my work schedule, the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant, but times didn't work for me, she said she would speak with Summers to fit me in this week. I get a call back and instead of wanting to see me and fit me in, she wants to just change my medication. I couldn't belive it, this is my life, my health. I'm changing docs immediately. She does not care about my health or time. I feel terrible for her receptionist.

Nice Staff BAD doctors- Dr. Sumner is always making mistakes and just treats me with antibiotics even without seeing me. Not sure how she made it through medical school and got hired at PENN.

Wonderful doctor who listens to everything and makes discussing symptoms/issues very easy and relaxed. Definitely glad I switched to her!

A wonderful facility to work with.

This is a great place to take your family. The office staff is helpful and extremely friendly. The doctors and staff are very professional. I bring my childeren to the office and my elderly parents are still patients. Not many doctors take the time out to call patients, she does & it means a lot to my family. The staff treat me like family.
